Shipping Info

Free Shipping is available to Dinette Mart customers via UPS for all items shipped to locations within the continental United States ("lower 48 states"). We are known for our top quality service and do our best to ensure that all Trica and Amisco items are shipped in approximately 6 factory working days. Zuomod and Stakmore items ship as they are available at the factory, usually 3 or 4 days. If these items are out of stock or become out of stock we will indicate this on your order confirmation.

All Trica and Amisco furniture is shipped in custom engineered double layer corrugated containers to ensure it arriving at your home in excellent condition.  All barstools are custom made with the highest quality components and delivered via UPS Ground right to your door typically in 10-14 working days.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the item received at the time of delivery. If the corrugated container (box) arrives at your home damaged in any way, please note it on the delivery receipt. Most likely your furniture is not damaged when the carton is damaged. If the unusual event occurs and you receive damaged merchandise, if possible, make all notations on the freight bill and then inform us immediately. Please keep the product and make the proper remarks on the freight bill. Dinette Mart will be responsible for repairing or replacing any freight damaged merchandise. Please notify our customer service manager immediately in the event that there is damage. Our goal at Dinette Mart is your complete satisfaction.

Shipping is available outside the contiguous 48 states at an additional cost to be determined. If an order is placed for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii, a shipping cost will be added to the order. If the actual expense is lower, we will credit the difference, if higher, we will charge the difference. We pass along the UPS charges and will send you a copy of our UPS bill.

If delivery of an item is attempted by UPS or another delivery service and the customer is not available to receive the item, in some cases the delivery company will leave the item without signature. If not, the delivery company will make additional attempts for delivery. If the item can not be delivered and is returned to the shipper, we are not responsible for any additional costs that are incurred. If the items must be reshipped, we will require payment in full for actual return shipping costs and reshipping costs prior to reshipping the item. Frequently Asked Questions

How tall should my stools be?  My counter top is 36” tall?
The height of the stool you order depends on the counter top that it is being used with.
If your counter top is 28-30” tall, you should order 17-18” Chair Height
If your counter top is 35-36” tall, you should order 24-26” Counter Height
If your counter top is 40-42” tall, you should order 28-30” Bar Height
If your counter top is 44-48” tall, you should order 33-34” Spectator Height, These are all listed on the 34" Tall Tab

Just how good are these stools? 
Our manufacturers are leaders in the barstool and counterstool business because they focus on giving customers what they want; Unique designs, quality materials, a state of the art production plant, outstanding workmanship, and exceptional value.  Trica designs have been successfully tested for 36,500 cycles simulating a 250 pound person sitting down and standing up 10 times per day, 365 days a year, for 10 years.

Are there any additional items available? 
Yes.  Our manufacturers also manufacture chairs, several tables and bars that can also be ordered.  If you have any questions at all, please contact customer service at 847-967-6420.  We look forward to assisting you.

Can I see physical samples of metal, fabric, and wood colors that are available on barstools?
Of course!  Once you decide on the bar stool model and height you like, you can place the order over the phone with us (847-967-6420) using your credit card.  We will hold the order and send you up to two swatches for you to review. Once you decide, let us know and return the swatch to us.  Once we receive the returned swatches your order will be placed with the manufacturer and should ship from the factory in approximately 6 working days.

How can I ensure that the barstools I order are going to be comfortable?
All barstools vary in comfort, but the stools we sell are known for their attention to comfort.  To figure out which one is best for you, it may be helpful to give us a call and we would be glad to describe in detail the stool's level of comfort as well as its specific measurements.

What is a "Comfort Seat"?
Some of the Trica stools offer a comfort seat option. This seat is usually 1 Inch thicker and taller than the standard seat option. If you like more cushioning, this is an excellent option that you should consider. Make certain that the additional height will work with your specific situation.

Do all barstools come with a swivel? What is a memory swivel?
Yes. Unless labeled with the word "Stationary", all barstools come standard with a regular 360 degree swivel. However, you may wish to have a memory swivel instead of the regular swivel. A memory swivel is a swivel that returns to the same position every time you get up from sitting on the stool. Also, a stool with a memory swivel will only rotate 90 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left. The memory swivel costs an additional $18.00 per stool.

Is it difficult to assemble the stools once they arrive?
No. Assembly is very easy.  Easy-to-read instructions are included with every stool. Also, if you have any questions while you are putting one together, feel free to give us a call and we can guide you in the right direction.  Since Trica does such a good job packaging their stools, it may take you longer to unpack the stool than it will to assemble it.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders ship from the manufacturer in approximately six working days. The number of days it takes once it ships depends on your location, but should not be more than 8 to 10 more business days. So, if you plan on three weeks from the day you order the stools online, you should be pleasantly surprised when the UPS delivery person knocks on your door.

Who delivers the stools to my home or business? 
UPS or The United States Postal Service delivers most orders placed through Dinette Mart.

Do I have to sign for the package(s) when they arrive? 
No. UPS usually leaves the boxes on your doorstep without requiring anybody to sign for the package(s).

What if one or more of the boxes arrives damaged? Should I reject the delivery? 
No. Rejecting the package will most likely delay your receipt of damage free merchandise. Even if the box is damaged upon arrival, go ahead and accept it. Then, carefully inspect the stools after UPS leaves. If there are any damages (such as scratches, dents, tears, etc.) call us and we will arrange for replacement parts, or if necessary, we will replace the entire stool. Replacing just one part of the stool is usually faster than replacing the entire stool.

If a stool is damaged, may I use it until Dinette Mart.  sends us replacement parts, and do I have to return the damaged part(s)?
Yes, you may still assemble the stool(s) in their damaged state, if possible, and use them until the replacement parts arrive. In most cases, you do not have to return the damaged parts.

Is it possible to order only one barstool?
Yes. You may order any quantity of stools you choose. Once you check out online, there will be an option to change the quantity that you wish to purchase.

What if I order a barstool and then decide later to change the seat color? Could I order seats separately without buying a new stool?
Yes. We can special order any seat color that is available online. The cost varies, but is significantly lower than purchasing a new stool.

Can I order Trica products that are not shown on your web site?
Dinette Mart   offers the entire Trica's Express line.  If you have seen something made by Trica that you want to order, but it is not on this web site, just give us a call and we can tell you if it is still available.

Warranty:

Dinette Mart and our manufacturers stand behind the quality of the products we manufacture and sell.

TRICA product has a 10 year limited warranty covering any metal structure defect or any defects in fabrication resulting from human error; The Trica bar stools external features, fabric coverings, seams and swivel plates are covered under a 1 year limited warranty for any fabrication defects; Normal wear and tear of the components mentioned above and paint finishes are not covered under the warranty; Trica's responsibility will be the replacement of defective components/parts that are under warranty; We are not responsible for factory discontinued items. If we can not fill an order as placed, we will do our best to recommend a suitable substitute or will issue a complete refund. Commercial use of Trica or Amisco products cancels the above mentioned warranty.

AMISCO hereby warrants the welding and metal structure of its products for a period of ten (10) years of residential use. Wood products have a one (1) year limited warranty. Wood and metal products are warranted against damages caused by material and workmanship defects, occurring during a normal use and under the conditions for which the products are designed.

Among other things, this warranty excludes decorative features, upholstered seats and backrests, mattresses, support panels for mattresses, glass components, glides and other accessories. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper use, care or assembly, from unauthorized repair or alteration or from negligence. This warranty does not cover transit and handling damages to products sold on the Internet or by catalogue, unless they are specifically designed and packaged for direct delivery to the consumer by AMISCO.

Under this warranty, AMISCO will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part at no cost except for transportation, handling and shipping costs which will be charged to the purchaser. The replacement parts are included in this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This is a limited warranty, any defect not specifically covered herein is excluded. Where allowed under the law, AMISCO disclaims liability for all special, incidental and consequential damages.

STAKMORE all Stakmore chairs are backed by the applicable factory warranty.

CATSKILL CRAFTSMEN Warranty Disclaimer (5 Year Limited Warranty) Catskill Craftsmen, Inc. warrants: to the original purchaser ("Purchaser"). The manufacturer of all its products ("Products") to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years, under normal use and service, following the date of purchase and delivery to the Purchaser. This warranty does not cover wood or metal finishes nor damages which result from neglect, accident, intentional misuse or acts of nature, normal wear and tear, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, immersion in water, fading or variations in color or finish over time, scratches, blemishes or slight color variations in wood grain, minor variations in size, unauthorized repair, alteration, abuse or misuse of Product. The obligation of Catskill Craftsmen, Inc. under this warranty is limited, at the option of Catskill Craftsmen, Inc. to repair or replacement of Product with one of equal or similar type and quality, if, to the satisfaction of Catskill Craftsmen, Inc. the Products as manufactured proves defective under normal use and service. Repairs or replacements under this warranty will be made by Catskill Craftsmen, Inc. or anyone Catskill Craftsmen, Inc., in it's sole direction authorizes, at no charge to the Purchaser. If return to the factory is necessary, packing and shipping costs to the factory will be charged to the Purchaser. Return shipping shall be freight prepaid to the dealer making the recommendation. All costs for delivery from the Purchaser to the dealer and for any delivery to the purchaser from the dealer shall be paid by the Purchaser. IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR AS TO THE FITNESS AS TO ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE WHICH WILL EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACT HEREOF AND HOLLAND BAR STOOL COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECTLY OR THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND THERE MAY BE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Return Policy:

All sales of all products are final sales. No refunds or exchanges or cancellations are available. Once we receive an order, a confirmation is emailed to the customer at the email address entered on the order form, please review that the information that you entered is correct. We are not responsible for errors that the customer makes on an order after the confirmation is sent. If you do not receive a confirmation within 60 minutes of placing your order, please email at info@dinettemart.com or call us at 847-967-6420 to confirm that we have your order. To expedite delivery to you, once we receive your order, the factory (or warehouse) immediately places it into production or prepares your order for shipment, and as a result, all sales of all products are final sales. No refunds or exchanges or cancellations are available unless authorized in writing by Dinette Mart; If Dinette Mart; agrees to accept a return or cancel an order and we supply you with a Return Authorization Number, you are responsible for repackaging the merchandise in the original packing or boxing and returning it undamaged to Dinette Mart; Authorized returns will be subject to a 40% restocking fee; Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Technical Information

Trica is leader in the barstool and counterstool business because it focuses on giving its customers what they want; Unique designs, quality materials, a state-of-the-art production plant, outstanding workmanship, and exceptional value.  All designs have been successfully tested for 36,500 cycles simulating a 250 pound person sitting down and standing up 10 times per day, 365 days a year, for 10 years.

STEEL FRAME: Trica bar stools and chairs are all constructed of 14, 16 or 18 gauge steel tubes. The strong gauges used by Trica allow for strong welded joints and provide resistance to dents.

SEAT CONSTRUCTION: Most Trica bar stool seats are secured in the strongest manner possible, by using machine screws and t-nuts inserted inside the seat.

SWIVEL MECHANISM: Trica uses Trendler brand ball -bearing swivel plates for years of smooth operation.

PAINT FINISH: Trica uses a high-temperature baked powder coat finish. This painting process is lead-free, environmentally safe and non toxic. In addition, it is long lasting and provides an increased resistance to chipping.
